I am an experienced medical doctor and former CEO of a multi-national Health Technology company.  I spent nearly two decades in direct patient care before moving into Health Technology, where I dedicated 18 years to creating software solutions that standardised and elevated healthcare for populations.

After a successful tenure in Health Tech, I am redirecting my journey back to the roots of healthcare, focusing on preventative care and the profound impact of the mind on health.

For over 40 years, working with people at various stages of their health, career, and life journeys has given me a unique insight into human behaviour that I bring to my practice as a Mindset and Wellness Strategist.

I have observed individuals who sail through life with good health and who make good choices with a feeling of contentment and abundance.  I have also observed individuals who stumble, feel exhausted, stressed and overwhelmed by life's challenges.  Ongoing stress causes emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness to linger far after the event that triggered them has ended, making you incapable of making the right choices.  Long-term effects of such emotions create a cycle of negative thought patterns, which significantly affect your decision-making and life quality and contribute to health problems such as sleeplessness, low immunity, weight gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

The difference between these two groups of individuals is their mindset.  Your mindset is a set of beliefs that shape how you make sense of the world and yourself.  It influences how you think, feel, and behave in any given situation.  Your mindset acts like a filter on your perceptions and interpretations of events and thoughts, affecting your reaction to events.  This cognitive filter can distort, delete and generalise information received by your mind, so you make choices and create thoughts that negatively impact your potential for success.

I believe it is important to help people develop a balanced, forward-looking, positive mindset so they have the tools to deal with whatever life throws at them.  We all know and understand that things can go wrong unexpectedly, but our negative thoughts and actions create a domino effect that derails life plans.  However, with the correct mindset, people can deal with anything that comes up without compromising their values.

When you have a positive mindset, solutions appear just when you need them and get you back on track towards fulfilling your life plans.

I help you develop tools so that you control and enjoy your life journey and not let obstacles and delays to your life plans drain you of energy and drive.

This new approach continues my lifelong commitment to health but from a proactive, scalable angle. By harnessing mental resilience and self-awareness, I believe individuals can achieve a more vibrant and balanced life.

This method also contributes to corporate wellness initiatives, providing organisations with tools to foster employee health, engagement, and productivity.
